Q. I would like a specific part for my phone but you do not appear to have it on your website, can you recommend anywhere I may be able to get it from?
That is not a problem, we should be able to get the part you require, however, we deal direct with the manufacturer so this can take a while (anything up to 6 weeks) but it is usually ok.
Q. Hi, I would like to place an order with you, when will you be able to send it?
A. If you order before 3pm we will nearly always ship the same day. On extremely busy days on occasion it may be the day after but this is rare.
Q. So you have shipped my item when should I expect to receive it?
A. Well that completely depends on what postage method you decided on (please see delivery policy).
• Royal Mail Special Delivery it will be with you by 1pm Next Working Day (If you need it before 9pm or Saturday Guaranteed please call us and we can arrange that for about £2.00. If you Chose 1st Class Standard or Recorded Royal Mail will usually deliver next day but they do specify between 1 – 3 days. If you choose 2nd Class Standard/Recorded or Sellers Standard Rate then this will usually take a couple of days but Royal Mail do specify 2-5 Days.Q. I have been waiting for a while now and my item still has not arrived. I am now a
bit worried about it. Do you have any suggestions?
A. Unfortunately about 1% of it to items do get either lost or delayed in the post. If it has been longer than the specified time for your postage method then please either phone us or send us a message on eBay and we will be able to work with you to get the problem resolved with Royal Mail quickly.
Q. I have received my New Replacement LCD but the screen is scratched can I send
it back for a replacement.
A. Please make sure you have removed the screen protector. All our LCDs are 100% brand new with a screen protector on. Screen Protectors are meant to keep the screen protected until the LCD is installed. A lot of the time it can look like there is not one on and the screen may look scratched. However, there is always one on every LCD so please make sure it is removed as you will find the screen underneath will be in perfect condition.
Q. I have received my item and it does not work can I send it back.
A. Firstly before sending the LCD/ Flex Cable back please make sure it is installed properly before saying it is faulty. Most of the time it is because the flex cable is not properly inserted. If you feel that you have tried everything then please send us a message on eBay or give us a call and one of our technicians will be able to find out if it is a faulty product or not. If sending the LCD back please make sure you include a description of the problem, your EBay user id (very important), your name and return address. Once we have tested the item we will then send a replacement.
